It was clean, and I loved very good staff and location. The rooms were well-organised with a balcony.

Fairly clean hotel in the best possible location with outstanding views of mountains and creek. Great bedroom. A really great stay in dining area.

Fairly clean hotel, liked to be near to the park and downtown and river thanks to stunning location. We got room with nice decor and a clean bathroom to relax. Lots of meals for breakfast, including cookies and scrambled eggs. Everything was simply great.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

Ideal location coupled with competent staff made our stay very good. A continental breakfast was varied. The room was decent, had private bathroom.

What a lush place to stay! Spotless hotel, nice beds, FRESH MADE breakfasts and courteous staff. We got a room with a Jacuzzi. Rooftop bar and excellent pool.

Stunningly beautiful hotel with nice pool. The room was updated and the breakfast was warm, excellent service. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, we liked it and slept well.

Fabulous, clean hotel with excellent service. The view from my room was magnificent. The staff was lovely, I will never forget them. The venue was in a central location next to the shops and restaurants as well as downtown. Moreover, a stone-and-wood moonshine distillery and other places worth exploring were walking distance to the property.

It is a cozy hotel and I liked its efficient rooms and very cordial personnel. A beautiful area, practical location. The beach is sandy and the views are gorgeous!

The gardens were quiet and our room was extremely pleasant and trendy. Always PRETTY POOR, the staff were more than helpful. A wonderful beach, spectacular view.

Extremely comfy room, heated pool, modern bathroom. All in all it's impeccably clean place, they have super comfy beds. Awesome location to The Village Shops Shopping Mall.

The room was absolutely perfect, the staff was funny and the location was wonderful. Gorgeous view, a little balcony, very comfy bed, too. We liked that there was a reasonably priced restaurant on site.

I liked my stay at this cute little hotel, practical rooms. Splendid view of sea. The boxed breakfast was rich, staff offered eggs, bacon and hot waffles: )

Hotel was fairly clean and I had an extremely spacious room. The staff did all they can for a great stay. Lobby had cookies. Pristine venue, 15 minutes' walk from the downtown.

Smoky mountain was easily accessible within 5 minutes by foot. Smoky Mountain Brewery, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Thanks very much, everything was perfect! Honestly no complaints.

convenient location, affordable prices. ober gatlinburg was within easy reach. we could have lunch in texas roadhouse set within 400 feet. even the mcghee tyson airport was not so far.

This hotel was situated so close to tourist destinations like smoky mountain. A short walk to the restaurant salty bear raw bar. Comfortable beds in the rooms...

Back street etc is within a walking distance of the hotel. Wonderful base for trip in Gatlinburg. Of course, we would recommend it to everyone.
